Timelapse of the 1/29/2022 storm with a surprise visitor at the feeder. We ended up with far less than we were forecast to get, but I had the video, so I figured I might as well use it.

You love your toys and being around pine trees just like I do. I’m settled in at 7200 feet, watching the snow coming in tonight, and SO! looking forward to the predicted 8” of snow I get to play with also. No flying squirrels though, but we have a red Fox living in our culvert down at the road, 400 ft. from the house I need to make sure he/she doesn’t get a bunch of snow at the end so our barn cat food and heated water bowl remains available when the temps drop below zero these next few days.

Enjoy the snow and the wildlife! I love living in wooded areas. It is a nice counterbalance from the day job which is all based in technology. Look up from the computer screen and out into the trees. 😄
