Another mistake is not to take them to the hospotal to do some medicals, that is do the basic lap test so you know who you are dealing with and what to expect and how you can actually help her especoally when you have kids.

I love the part on allowing house helps to rest. When rested, they will wake up energised for the next day. And then there is personalities... If we understood their personalities and how they deal with different situations and cultural differences. I think you can address that too!!! So that when one is made for soup for the nth time asikasirike. And when another is made food worth an elephant asifaint🤪

@monica Yotam, make sure you pay them via a system that's trackable. I personally pay on Mpesa whether it's her salary or advance. Also, when someone decides to leave, make sure they sign a note confirming that she has left voluntarily
