The ecomode doesn't change the clutch grab, the the way the engine cuts torque when releasing the clutch. Even at Nmode it cuts torque which is very tricky even for a seasoned manual driver.

Oh snap, looks like I came across the right channel! I’m driving a 6MT Corolla right now, and it’s about to be paid off in few months. Trying to decide if I want to trade it in for a 24+ EN or wait a bit longer and get a mustang or camaro as a second car. Any thoughts on the “fun factor” between muscle cars and this since you have experience? Would you have any advice for my two routes? I like the MPGs, tech, and low maintenance cost of my ‘rolla, especially as a daily. However, I’ve never owned a sports car and I would love to have one especially being an enthusiast since high school. Other than that, awesome videos.

@marcuslee2026 so i previously owned to mustang gts one 4.6 heads/cam vortech and 5.0 years ago i will tell you nothing beats the sound of a 5.0 and paired with magnaride its tough to beat but i will say its more what you like the elantra is just about as fun in a different way once tuned it feels great power wise and cheaper to mod cheaper at the pump

I went to buy a en but it went into limp mode on the test drive. It was a brand new car so I decided another Hyundai isn’t for me. I ended up with my vb wrx. Couldn’t believe these cars make 390-400 with an intake only on e50. Full bolt on e50 is around 450-460whp. Insane value considering the new fa24 motor can hold 650whp daily.

Have you had any issues with the shifter hanging up when going into gear/not wanting to go into gear all the way? I've been getting that sensation more and more frequently lately, and it makes me wonder if there's something wrong with the synchronizers, or maybe the shift bearings are going bad? It's mostly when shifting into first from a stop or downshifting into second (obviously at really low speeds). It'll kind of stick, and I either have to give it more force to get into gear or back out into neutral and back into gear again. It almost feels like clearing an obstruction out of the way.

I’ve only had that issue with 6th gear only and it does it randomly kinda feels like a wall and you have to force it in.

Its normal sometimes on first gears. Even all my cars had 1st gear problems but yeah just press the clutch again.
