The most important thing is moving your feet up and down. If the patient does not move the feet, the chances of blood clots happening in the legs is more, and the blood clot may move to the lungs. You are ok if you keep on moving your feet so that blood circulation goes on and on, preventing blood clots. That's what i was told to do !
