let me make it very simple- use food as grown. whole foods preferably plant based . if it comes from a Plant eat it but if it came from a Plant ( factory) avoid it .

Excellent!! Thanks for sharing such a valuable information doctor. I've been taking vitamin supplement like vit D3 & Omega3. Is there any side effects to this? please advise.

Omega 3 take as long as you wish. Vit D3 - depends on how much you take. Do not take high doses of Vit d3 for very long time. It accumulates and causes toxicity.

Apka video dek kor mene 3 mahine me mera fati lever ko bilkul durust kor liya. Sare dayet ko mene mana sahi hisab se. Or thora mere Dr ki salha mana. Me 3 mahine bad LFT test korbaya to 100% sahi tha. Tnx u sir appko.

Very nicely explained thanks I once ate bitter almonds within a. Short time ie few minutes I started getting burning pains while passing urine that continued throughout the night and I was restless Thank God I did not die

Assalamualaikum Dr Salaam Main aap ke bahot saare videos dekhti hoon and they are very useful Mujhe viral hua tha one month before and ab mujhe joint pains sole painand whole body stiffness especially in morning I never had problems before but aap ka video dekha jismein aap ne bataya b1 2 ki deficiency ho sakti hai then i started taking milk and paneer quite relief hua hai thank you Please can i take honey also and i stay in mumbai palava we get pure honey

There are many many organic brands in India which provides 100% Pure Organic Peanut Butter as ingredient , nothing else . For eg Pintola Organic 100% organic unsalted no sugar no preservative peanut butter

Just had brown bread and some stuff including peanuts, pretty much daily routine for me, 75 and no complain so far about my health. I'm of the opinion that everyone, no matter whatever you eat, moderation is a key. Street foods ? oh yes, I wish I could go places and spend Rs. 40 or 100 and binge on them.
