the lemon water is good but be careful! it is better to drink it AFTER breakfast! I tried to drink lemon water before breakfast every morning and after a week I was getting really bad stomach burns throughout the day and realized later it was because of the acidity of the lemon on an empty stomach. so now I drink one glass of clear water before breakfast and then sometimes drink lemon water after during the day

I have been drinking hot water with lemon every morning since January 2014! I think that combined with eating right and working out really helps boost the immune system. I too have noticed when the whole office is sick - I’m not or I’m not to the degree that they are. It works.

Hi Cassey , the pulp side of the lemon goes down so the juice squirts directly into the glass. When the lemon comes out it should look inside-out. And thank you for making realistic and helpful videos for those of us who just to feel better and have a healthy lifestyle. I really like how you emphasize that it's not about how you look, but making progress on how your body gets stronger. This helped me to not get discouraged and give up when I didn't see immediate results. I also love that you're so on trend which makes you fun to watch.

Most gorgeous apple I've ever seen, not kidding! YES to lemon water in the morning!!!! I drink it cold or lukewarm and it always makes me feel good and gives me a brighter skin. Video Ideas: 1/ Quick, easy recipes on a budget (because some days you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen) 2/ Recipes with 5 ingredients (when your fridge is empty and didn't have the time to do grocery shopping) 3/ The making of a workout video!!! (I would looooove seeing the behind the scenes!) 4/ A day in the life (maybe with the Blogilates headquarters?) 5/ Tips to have a brighter skin (could include skincare products) And I'll stop here because that's quite a lot already!

I love that first smoothie! 🍍It looks soooo good. I love berries--all of them. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, even blackberries.🍓 YUM! I usually pack some fruit in my gym bag (apple), to keep my hanger at bay. Before I knew any better, I would pack a whole bell pepper and eat it (like an apple) for a pre-workout snack. 🌶 I never thought of taking cut up vegetables with me.
