@cooliodiablo45713 жыл бұрын
Of course he has every supplement. The guy gets the stuff free for promotion. However he said he only really uses the creatine, amino acids, and some kind of testosterone booster. Which really isn’t that much. Everyone should be taking creatine, and amino acids at least. So at least he’s not bullshitting. Most these dudes will say they’re taking like 6-10 things, most of which are just superficial supplements.

Sadik - i agree with the water intake pre-workout, but a half a gallon? what if we are working out at 6am before work? only gives me an hour to get in xx ounces of water.. any tips?
@stang93ful4 жыл бұрын
Bro I get it but I don’t get it. I know it’s a whatever works best for the individual but I’m trying to learn and I see so many options that I don’t know what may be the best one. I always thought a fattier protein like beef or eggs, some fat, and some slow digesting complex carbs pre workout like oats with a low glycemic piece of fruit . Post workout it’s some protein and some simple sugar carbs within 30 minutes of training followed by a very low fat meal about an hour after that. Now the first meal after the shake and the timing is where I get confused. Am I using simple or complex carbs? Also I’ve seen you want to get about 200g of carbs in your first meal post workout. About 75-100 in your shake and roughly the same in your first meal after the shake. I’ve also seen like Sadik here here not use simple carbs post workout and just use protein & oats but I thought it was essential to get simple carbs immediately post workout to drive protein in and replace glycogen levels so that you’ll grow. If anyone who knows what they’re talking about can give me some help and let me know if I’m at all on point here with this? I’d be massively appreciative. Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 #Respect #Godbless
