I see Wendell Carter Jr as more of Bam Adebayo player, I’ve seen him be more athletic then you lead on. I believe Thon Maker can be a player that can make it big if he is playing with an up tempo playmaking guard like Lonzo Ball or Ben Simmons. The guy runs the floor hard, shoots 35% from three and has the physical tools to be a good defender which he showed in that playoff series with the Bucks against Boston. I also believe in Dante Exum, he is a quick 6’6 that has added a lot of upper body strength as he struggled with knee injuries so he can guard 1-3. Confidence is a big thing for him. He never knew his role in Utah then Cleveland value Sexton and Garland more than him. He has a great scoop layup and I would like to see the ball in his hands more often running the pick and role. The next player I believe in is Jonah Bolden, the 6’10 pf/c has range, solid defence, a great athlete and is an underrated playmaker. His trouble is that he is too aggressive on defence and fouls a lot. He has shown a lot of what he can do in the g-league putting up all around great numbers. His role in Philly was cut by the addition of Al Horford. Ryan Broekhoff can also be a great contributor, this guy is a shooter, career 40% 3pt shooter that can fit on any team. He is also talented in other aspects of his game and just needs the right system for him.

I haven’t given up on Dante Exum, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Malik Monk, Elie Okobo, Josh Jackson, and Patrick McCaw.

RHJ has been a solid rotation player for the Raptors this year, but I doubt that he'll ever be more than that unless he shows some signs of a jump shot. McCaw's just not very good at anything. He's maybe a slight plus on defense, but his offense isn't there. No real outside shot, not aggressive enough on drives, doesn't move the ball quick enough and can't playmake that well either. I don't really see much more in him than a 10th/11th man in a rotation who you throw in if your bench unit needs some defense.

politikkicker It’s not uncommon for guys to randomly figure out their shot at some pint. Especially guys with strong work ethic like RHJ. His defense, screening, IQ contribute to winning. I agree on McCaw, but I t can’t get his rookie year out of my head. He looked like a great rotation wing. He’s smart. He just got hurt and then shipped to a worse coaching staff in Cleveland. He’s my irrational guy I believe in.

I don’t think many people have given up on Wendell. I actually think most people think he’s pretty good and he did improve this year that went beyond stats. The only worrying thing is injuries.
@rome81804 жыл бұрын
Wendell Carter's been pretty good so far. He's had injuries and terrible coaching. No reason to give up on him.

O-Town Mo is a guy I have faith in man! What a hard frontcourt to be in tho. Gaining good experience is gonna be tough for him however. I hope he can rise up to the challenge

Dario was a beast in Philly when he even was limited. I think Dario will be given an opportunity somewhere and will be great.

I'm not hopping off the Markelle Fultz bandwagon and I don't know what they did, but I'm convinced the Sixers broke him. I still think he can be an all star someday

The thing with Kevin Knox is not that he’s on the wrong team, it’s that he’s in the wrong league.

Markelle Fultz has been done so dirty by the NBA and by his mom. He's got all the talent in the world as a scorer and a facilitator, he's fixed his shot, etc. but the poor dude has felt so much pressure his whole career thus far. I hope he continues to improve in Orlando and doesn't get destroyed by the stress, becoming another Kwame Brown.

Jabari Parker. I want to see him come back and become a borderline Star like Derrick Rose

Bruno Cabloco had a good year at Memphis, and I think if he still gets to mature his game and his mindset he can be a good role player how can shoot in the perimeter and bring some defensive impact into the game.

Saric is a good player, but he's been getting less and less of opportunities on badly run franchises, hopefully we (Philly) can get him back in FA if no one else wants him

Thoughts on Fultz? I still feel superstar potential who showed many flashes this year, just needs more reps and time

Dario is a very decent player, it's just that he has no stability. He keeps being traded despite showing he can be a solid contributor. One has to wonder if it's affected his confidence.
