This workout is Awesome! For 8 years now it helped me build and maintain a strong and ripped looking core! I think it’s scandalous that it ‘only’ has the number of views it has. Come on people! Start getting your core intact and let’s get this great workout to 3 million views :)

Everyone that's going to attempt this, don't forget, the exercises is only 1 thing.. you also need a good diet and get the right amount of protein, carbs, and good fats in your body through food... just doing these while barely eating anything wont help you much

Excellent video! I'm a proponent of bodyweight exercises and walking. Having a strong core and strong lower body muscles will aid in our ability to keep maintain balance. The more we move our bodies, the healthier we are. Average walking speed studies show that an older person’s pace, along with their age and gender, can predict their life expectancy just as well as the complex battery of other health indicators such as blood pressure, body mass index, chronic conditions, and smoking history. Walk on, Frank
