15 years ago I work same as you are from 1" - big bore and schedule of spool woks, but the only difference are the absence of spirit level and pipe jack because i were i in the ship and sometimes it's roll and pitching and it's nice to work alone but the safety is always there, nice vid bro....

Another great fabrication video, I remember you saying in one video these are for water, Do they get a hydrostatic test when you finished. Here in Australia when I used to weld this sort of pipework they would do a hydrostatic pressure test on them when you had finished.

How long did it take you for this operation? Are your welds being filmed, what are you making those pipes for, for gas, plumbing or for oil?

Great vídeo man...thanks for sharing...!what do u use for two holes..?Just normal bolts...?I use do use hex bolts with nuts...And put the level in the bolts head...

Yeah just 2 bolts

I noticed that you don't clean the gas nozzle as often as you should, when running that much heat input. Your gas coverage is affected by just that much blockage! If you have anything to protect the tip it will help!

Awesome video man. Why is it a bad habit to check the level on top of the socket when tacking the socket to the pipe?
@superlativesoul4 жыл бұрын
If the top face of the socket is not square to the bore ,then whatever attaches to it will not be perpendicular, best to screw in some studding or bar who's outside diameter matches the internal diameter of the bore and level off that .
@ARCONEWELDING4 жыл бұрын
@@superlativesoul couldnt have said it better, i was just doing a short cut
