No need to visit the Probate Courthouse, they are free online but you do have to know what documents to look for especially Independent Administrators and where to look for Real Estate.

Great information Kim. I already know how to access free published probate listings in the classifieds. It's just making the trip down to the county courthouse and researching those published files..
