I had somewhat the same problem, I am 20 years old now and a lot of things have changed. I started working out with some friends, but took it really serious, you should watch some Arnold Schwarzenegger videos, it really motivates. I stopped fapping, this is really important, it gives you self respect and you prove your discipline by not fapping. I do 100 pushups every time before I go to sleep, it makes me really tired and I can sleep easily without reflecting on my life, which I did a lot when I was 17/18. I am in university so learned a lot of new people. What made it really easy to make friends for me was just asking people questions, people like to talk about them selves. You don’t even have to be interesting, I wasn’t for sure. But just letting people talk about them selves makes a good bond, you listening sometimes saying some shit about yourself. And now since I got some nice friends, I have a lot of stories to tell so dont be afraid. And as long as you have nice clothes and you look healthy and clean, people wont find you unattractive. I now have some muscle, my skinniness is somewhat gone, I have a social fallback so I am not that needy for friends anymore like I was. And I am very confident because I achieve things I set for my self, like no fapping(as stupid as it may sound). I hope this helps you a bit to get started, Life is easy if you just take the positive approach!

Isn’t completely changing your wardrobe to impress girls a form of being needy? I know plenty of guys who break these style tips but still pull. I mean, we don’t wear flip flops with socks to the bars but even when I’m out doing groceries or running errands during the day I’m probably wearing sweatpants and sweatshirts. The only reason to dress well is it is for work/business or if you are planning on hitting on girls or going somewhere nice. Hey man sorry to hear you’re not happy with the videos, I’ve mentioned this a ton of times before but the reason I include sponsors in my videos is because my videos are considered “inappropriate” for ads on KZbin so my videos get demonetized. My videos literally get demonetized before they even finish uploading lol. And as you know, my videos take HOURS longer to create than the typical guys who just stand in front of the camera giving generic advice and touching their hair. Animations need to be done frame by frame, the voiceover takes hours to perfect and get done correctly, then I have to sync the voice and animation together and finally I have to add in all the pictures and text and motion on screen. This also doesn’t include the hours it takes to write scripts that have specific advice where I go into detail on the subject. I don’t do KZbin full time because I don’t make enough money to dedicate all my time to it. But with the help of sponsors I’m able to slowly dedicate more and more time to helping you guys out with my advice and post 3x a week or back to back days as opposed to once every week or two like I did for a long time in the past. I also hired an animator to help me with some videos so the videos do come at a cost to make as well. With how KZbin is heading you’ll start to see more and more sponsored content from all creators just because KZbin is fucking over its creators. It’s a pretty messed up situation. I could either stop making funny videos and stop cursing to be “KZbin ad friendly” or just keep doing videos the way I am and include a brand that I like and have been using. Also the ads are only mentioned for like 1 min long anyways so you’re still getting an average of 5 mins of free content anyways depending how long the videos are. And now that I post more often, even if some videos have ads, everyone is still getting more free advice than they would've if i only posted once every week or two with no sponsors like i did in the past. I will also ALWAYS have unsponsored videos, for example I already have 2 ready to upload within the next 2 weeks. Thanks for your feedback and support, I take it seriously since at the end of the day I make videos for you guys. Hope that clarifies things bro.
