So, having now put nearly 60k miles on my Bronco, the problems have been minimal on mine, no rattles, water leaks, or drivetrain issues. Quality control at Ford is clearly a problem because others have had significant problems. I just got my 2023 Badlands with the sasquatch and the mid package after 16 months. So far I love it. It's comfortable to drive and has very good road manners. I had heard a lot about the road noise prior to purchase. It has the hard top and on the way home from the dealership I really didn't notice a big noise issue. After all it's an off road vehicle. I've also seen complaints about the sound system. I've owned over 25 cars in my life and I think the sound system kicks. Maybe not as good as my Bose in the Caddy, but pretty good. Doors seem a little flimsy but it's to be expected considering their modular. There are a ton of mods which is cool. It's a blast to drive, no regrets here.

My 2 favorite features on my 2-Door base Bronco: 1. The fact that I can take off the roof panels with my roof rails still in place. NOTE: The hardtop (with all the panels in) has sound deadening, though it is still pretty loud when compared to a luxury vehicle. 2. The crawler gear is so fun off road. No need to worry about stalling out with the manual transmission, as it is basically like a very low speed off road cruise control (as low as 1MPH if you want). Plus, it can get through anything.

I have a 2022 2 door Outer Banks with 2.7 and lux pkg. LOVE it! The power of the 2.7 is incredible and the drive is awesome both in city and highway driving. I had an F150 with the V8 & 10-speed transmission and it didn't quite feel right but having the 10-speed with the V6 in my bronco, it's probably the smoothest of any transmission I've had in any vehicle. The valve thing is blown out of proportion and people need to let that go. The ones blown were fixed under warranty and they were only on builds over a month or two in mid 2021. Mine was built in Feb 2022 so it's way past that era. I have a small amount of wind noise but that's my only complaint, and it's a minor one....this is a convertible after all. I'm very happy I bought when I did. When I go and spec mine out on the ford website now, it's over $8k more. Plus, I got a lower interest rate than what's available these days. I think if you're ordering this vehicle, don't worry too much about the reliability. It's a well built vehicle and if there's any issues, that's what warranty is for! Take it for regular service and you'll enjoy this vehicle for years to come. I'm coming up to a year with mine and It's been awesome.

@CalgaryGuy71 Жыл бұрын
@@bakedRigatonii I'm not a huge fan of driving the bronco down the highway when it's windy out. That's when you can really hear the wind noise. But if it's a calm day, the noise on the highway isn't too bad. In general, the bronco is a fantastic vehicle with the 2.7 twin turbo. It drives way nicer than a jeep, it's got incredible power and it's fun. Would I buy it again?....practicality and cost wise, probably not. As a fun factor second vehicle? For sure! The removable hard top is a great idea, but I live in Canada so it's not often I'll have it off and on the highway with it off is incredibly noisy! I could have gotten a Toyota 4-runner with a sunroof and that probably would have sufficed. It's a vehicle that people buy on emotion. That's kind of what I did. I love it but hate things about it too. Hope that helps.

22 Badlands, 4d, soft top , Sas, Lux and Leather. Came in around $61k At this point, I have 5k plus miles and have had no problems. I have added tailgate table, front IAG mud flaps and removable steps. Installed some old school PIAAs at the windshield and some slim fogs between the bumper and grill. I think the soft top is way more versatile and flips back exposing front and back seats in about 10 seconds. Try that with a hard top. Noise, if that bothers you by a Toyota. Its an off road , ragtop, noise is part of the game. Leather was a good but expensive option. Power seats are great and definitely more comfortable than the marine grade vinyl. My dealership put more insulation in my subwoofer compartment and it helped a little. Charged me nothing as it's under warranty. Also, they put a new seal on the front hardtop and it too helped a little but I had some loud whistling like a flock of birds chirping. Take it in and see what they'll do under warranty.

I like the look, but as we have 2 RDXs, I don't see it in my future.

Very nice vehicle, but will it make it to 200k miles with only minor repairs? I'm not comparing this with my 2005 Focus, but mine recently hit 244k miles. Same engine, same transmission, same water pump, no leaks.....I've always been a fan of Ford vehicles, but their quality control issues are unacceptable. I still have my Focus and recently bought a 2020 Tundra and a Lexus ES 350 F Sport.
