Not surprisingly, mine was years of shift work and then I became stressed about not sleeping. Ten years after stopping, I still struggle.

I’ve started waking up (more of a jolt, tbh) between 3:30-4 every morning. Usually go to sleep around 9-9:30, sleep great until I wake up. I’ll just lay there and toss and turn (usually) until my alarm goes off at 5:30 UNLESS I move to the guest room bed and disconnect my brain with some useless iPad surfing. That always gets me back to sleep within 20 mins or so. I hate doing this but don’t know what else to do! My sleep hygiene is perfect. Would love to wake up in the same bed as my husband and dogs again. 😁
