People should consider inertia of excretion(even if you urine sitting down), people are used to seeing froth/faomy topper only at coffee shops, in ancient times in Meso-America for example when they'd prepare 'Xocolalt' they figuer out if you pour it from a high point it creates frothy foam, they'd repeat the process for preferrence, if you don't feel pain than rule out underlying heath conditions, but the highest source of protein and acidity is meat, just like the only weight gain you get is from the fat source you eat, like marbled fatty meat cuts, all stacks up...I won't tell you what to do, but pain tends to always be a reason cut back or refrain from certain consumables or life choices/lifestyle.

So is potassium good or bad? Too much of anything is not good I suppose
@aashankhan68952 ай бұрын
Potassium is essential for body. Even in early stages of CKD it produce protective effect .. but in late CKD (stages 3 to 5) its important to monitor its level to prevent hyparkalemia.
