If you are a vegetarian Let me give you protein foods 1. Soya chunks 50gm (25 gm of protein) 2. Tofu 100 gm (50gm of protein) 3. Milk 500 ml (25 gm of protein) 4. Paneer 200gm (50 gm of protein) Although white eggs are not scientifically non veg so you can consider white eggs as vegetarian source *5. Eggs 4 25 gm of protein Supplement 1-2 scoop of whey(25-50gm of protein) If you are vegan! Sorry i can't help you!

Bruhh tofu has only 15gm protein per 100g .. and 500ml milk has only 18g- 20g protein and 200g paneer has 36g protein 😂😂...where did u see these values🤣🤣

Very wrong nutritional values alongwith the cost. These are only good when writing down, practically not possible for a middle class person/student to spend 300+ rs in a day just on the diet. (Yes this all costs 300₹ with even horribly incorrect values)

Jitne jyada scoops per day consume karwayenge, utna jaldi next jar of whey protein sale karne ko milega aise trainers ko aur inka har jar mein kuch apna profit hota hai... Jiski wajah se ye jyada se jyada jars of whey protein/supplements sale karna chahte hain bhale wo ethically sahi ho ya nahi. Aise trainers ko sirf apne profits se matlab hai, science se inka naata kuch nahi hota.

Lasik surgery is the only way, eyes get bigger when u get power, you can't undo it, there is a video where an eye doctor explains this.

it varies from people to people; if you are a nonvegetarian and you eat chicken or eggs almost daily, then you might not even need to take 1 scoop but if you are a vegetarian and if you dont consume protein through paneer or anything else, then you might need 2-3 scoops.

@@chinaatebat2762 bro, its the quantity that matters too; just compare chicken breast and paneer/soya chunks. but you are also right. if you get enough protein, then you dont need to drink protein powder if you are not a bodybuilder or athlete i guess.

I take 2scoops per day are more than sufficient,i get approx 48-50g rest from food ... Like my bw is 77kg i take b/w 125-140g protein per day that's nearly 1.6-1.8g of my bw People who use more than 2+ scoop need to adjust there food...

2scoop whey = 50g protein 100g Panner(Amul green packet) = 20g protein 250ml cow milk + two bread + 1 slice cheese = 15g Then 2 bar ki roti rice dal sabzi pura milla ke = 30g tho ho he jata hai.... 115g total ho he jata hai... U can also include soya, I don't like it so i avoid it

2 baate Hain 1:- Body weight ke jitna protein daily 2:- muscle gaining ke liye atleast 2 scoops whey lena he padegaa Kyunki Non veg ya kisi veg diet se itna protein lene se corbs bhi milega..sath he sath bubble guts ki bhi dikkat hogi...due to the increased size of stomach.... Toh simple words mein main sirf yahi bolna chahunga ki Bina whey scoops ke intakes ko badhaye koi fayda nahi hain ....

Most bioavailable protein in the world is egg : second fish , third beef and last chicken whey scoop has only 17% of bioavailability even you dont need that . many boys in my streets got amazing physique with out whey protein only with the help of chicken , beef and eggs.
