Eat anything at home, supplement is necessary when yu don't have proper meal available at home or you are doing competitive Bodybuilding that's it

Supplements become a part of people's lives, while mostly medicines have a course... Vegetables and fruits are treated with chemicals, but the ones on the skin can be gotten rid of, and you cannot leave fruits and vegetables (food) unlike supplements.... Then the price criteria, there are protein supplements which are expensive but they have considerable amount of sugar, or their amino acid profile is not clear, the quality of protein is not clear... For now, the fact that almost all trusted nutritionists agree that protein supplements are not a necessity, I will work on my daily diet for now . i am aware that my current diet itself is deficient.. might as well work on that..
