This was the busa of the 80s and 90s. People forget the gs platform dominated mc drag racing for decades. The cases had THICK castings that allowed for huge crank stroke, cylinder bores and big cams and valves in the heads. It's still a tuners dream. My dad ran gs bikes in top gas and super comp. It was pretty easy to pull 250hp out of a normally aspirated gs motor. Add billet blocks and all the nitrous and boost you want. They are cool and fun to ride. He still has both although they are retired, and a mint 82 gs1100 in the garage being preserved.

I've had two hayabusas currently with an 06 LE. But my first bike I ever bought was an 82 gs1100e. love both bikes but very cool to see a properly built 80s machine killing quarters. :D

In it's day, the GS1150 was untouchable as a stock bike! The raw horsepower of the GS was AWESOME, and it required a bit of skill to bring it out of the hole correctly. But once it hooked-up, it ran like a strip-ped-assed ape!

If that tail was tilted down just a inche or 2 it would look that much more badass but trust me I'm not taking anything away from it id kill to own that thing. I know it's up there because the back tire would hit but I'd tub out the fender so the tire could go in the fender when she squats.

Rice Grinders are.....and nitro/nitrous rice Grinders are still _______ but just more, _______, they're just not in any way a dignified ride. Want a fast bike? Great, design (if you can) and weld up a frame and put some kind of innovative and advanced power source on it and paint and detail it really nice and THEN you have something......
@multishit66646 жыл бұрын
Not sure what the hell you are saying..Yeah Ill let Japanese engineers build me a "dignified ride". lol
@butlerproman5 жыл бұрын
A dignified ride? What does that even mean? In drag racing, a dignified ride is covering the 1/4 mile without falling or crashing. In street riding, it's rather similar with a dash of courtesy to others and a little more consideration for safety. And please fill in the blanks so you aren't speaking complete nonsense. A dignified ride depends entirely on the person doing the riding.

@wyldfantasies6 жыл бұрын
Tony P I have no idea what you are talking about, have you ever been to a drag race? 6.64 + 7= 13.64 so your math is off. if a bike runs 6.xx it's a six second bike.
