@@z.incognito6259 having a cold shower after a workout is killing your gains, either take it before or the day after and just take a normal lukewarm shower after your workout to relax the muscles and help them heal faster, cold shower after a work out makes it seem like you're ready faster but ur muscles only feel healed, they arent, which will overtime kill ur gains, obviously if you take cold shower just cause you like them there is nothing wrong with that too, i do that, but just never right after a workout

The cold shower is by far the best tip in this video. Saw it somewhere tried it once and now do it everytime. Really wakes you up in the morning. The only real negative is that it's a little harder to dry off with cold water vs hot water but not that bad.

Bro I can vouch for the cold shower. Been doing it for the past couple weeks and it’s increased my energy and makes my mood 100x better.. Shower like you would normally but when your say, 50% done lathering you’re body in soap, completely shut off the hot water and crank up the cold.. finish lathering up and rinse off.
