As a dentist i dont recommend the whitening strips at all. This is also teacher at every dental medicine school. It would be more worth it to whiten/bleach your teeth professionally. Although it’s more expensive, it’s better long term and healthier for your teeth.

07:19 I'm not so sure the goal is to have NO nose hairs. Nose hairs work as a filtration system. Trimming them is a nuisance but I think trimming is better than trying to have a goal of no nose hairs.

Up your pimple care. Before applying the salt / alum / lye / other drawing salve, take the tiniest amount of Cortisone cream or prescription steroid cream, and run it into the pimple and surrounding areas. Let absorb for at least 20 minutes. This will help mitigate your bodies inflammatory responses and localized edema to the osmotic/oncotic response to the drawing salve.

Nose hairs are there for a reason. Ripping thm out frm the root is foolish. Use scissors to gently trim the noticeable hairs if necessary. Never remove all your nose hairs … especially frm the root.

Jose I know this is unrelated but I need advise. The girl I had a crush on also liked me, I asked for her snap and we started talking then I asked her out and she said yes. We dated very casually for 3 months then she started ignoring me a bit. I mentioned it, she said she was sorry and she kept doing it. I’m dating to marry so I immediately blocked her.
