Boron - 10mg to fight cancer, increase bone density(supports the parathyroid), increase sex drive, detox fluorine and helps the body retain magnesium/calcium. Magnesium oil - 400 to 800mg. Make sure its low in heavy metals. MSM - 1-5 gram to reduce inflammation (cancer and muscle soreness), increase wound healing, energy, mental clarity, focus. Methylated B vitamins/dessicated beef liver capsules. K2 - for bone density Vitamin D3 Fish oil

It should be noted that magnesium is best absorbed through the skin, *not* the digestive tract. You can overspend on "magnesium oil" or else make it yourself by dissolving magnesium chloride flakes (not the same as epsom salt) in warm water in a 1:1 ratio. Put it in a spray bottle an use liberally. The system doesn't store magnesium so you can't technically overdose, but if you start getting diarrhea then scale back a bit. Adding it to your shampoo and conditioner is another great way to absorb it as well as stave off gray hairs ;)

The best way to take magnesium is via the skin. Use the liquid form, put it on your body. Let it soak in for 20+ minutes, then rinse off in the shower. Your body will absorb it's maximum amount needed without going beyond that. The book Transdermal Magnesium Therapy by Mark Sircus Md is an excellent read on the subject. Yes....most people are magnesium deficient.

DIM is something to be careful of! From experience it hurt my joints and made it hard to stay hydrated. Maybe Thomas can explain a little bit why you need some estrogen. I'm only in my 20s but my joints aren't the best from all my high impact training. Took DIM for three months to increase my testosterone and my knees got way worse. I couldn't stay hydrating. My muscles ached more than ever. Stopped the DIM and problems went away. Now I only do it one month out of every three max. If you're even younger than me be extra careful. It is going to change your hormones, and not always for the better. Love Thomas and what he does just do your research people :)

Turmeric is healthy, but consuming daily for athletes can lower DHT levels. DHT are important for stamina and libido. If you're suffering from low levels of DHT I suppose it's not a good choice for now. Same for Zinc, consuming it daily can also lower your DHT which is also GABA antagonist. GABA is very important for your sleep and relaxation. I'm especially talking for individuals who are suffering at lower range levels from these hormones. So I wouldn't do it for daily. You can best cycle out, check your blood levels of your hormones, vitamins and nutritions as first..

From everything on this list there’s no tolerance to these and most of them are actually essential and is very scarce in the western diets, also if you do intermittent fasting then you’ll definitely not build any tolerance since you will always be insulin sensitive meaning you will always absorb the nutrients well

Hi, what is the difference between magnesium malate and DImagnesium malate? I live in the UK and can't find the dimagnesium, just magnesium malate.
@sncnutrition71184 жыл бұрын
The difference between magnesium malate and dimagnesium malate is that magnesium malate is a magnesium salt made up of one magnesium bound to one malic acid molecule, while dimagnesium malate consists of two magnesium atoms bound to a single malic acid molecule. The dimagnesium malate form will contain a greater amount of magnesium by weight than the magnesium malate form. Basically the Di version has 2 ions of magnesium bound to malic acid.

You've kept it nice and simple but sadly it isn't. Small fish to limit mercury is a very good point. They also farm fish on the most horrible food stuffs. I have no idea how to account for that or what it does for the suplements. Also ffs make sure the fish oil tablets are not rancid. Honestly! I hear flax might be an option but not everyone agrees. I hear vitamin D tablets are the wrong molecule and that there is no evidence they make up for sunlight. It might even be bad. Best not replace sunlight if you can get it. I take selenium and zink.
