I loved this. Great tips! I can't emphasize enough how much "taking your time" is my favorite tip. I went to school for esthetics so slowing down my pace in the same way I would give a massage has offered up some great feedback. It's easy to speed up and get excited but trust me, go slower than you think. Speed it up when you're ready for him to take you out to lunch. 😅

@@sashahill6096 Since you're eating it [kind off, LOL] - you want the food grade cooking type of coconut oil and not perfumed and enhanced coconut butter used for lotions. Any pure nut butters can be used for this, as long as they are food grade. Heck - you can probably use organic peanut butter [as long as he is not allergic ROFL].
