Depends on their maturity level, some need a kick up the ass and that means acknowledging and listening to the other party. We all have boundaries and that needs to be respected and considered aswell. Works both ways. If they put in little or no effort, from their end, then they are not the one for you. The relationship will fail. Learnt from experience.
