As someone who before anxiety meds was “clingy” ie texting and then if didn’t get a reply back from my fiancé would have a full blown panic attack. The reason some people may text a lot and worry if they don’t get an answer is ptsd or trauma from past relationships. The last 3 tips he gave are absolute money. It's not do one or the other, is do all three of them. I did the gym for about 2 years every day and my confidence was still low, went and got a full wardrobe makeover and bam, confidence and self esteem through the roof once I could see how the gym had made me. Yes I used to be a major simp, I'm not ashamed to admit it but I am focusing on my own life now and rejecting those negative behaviors. If you feel you can't do it, do yourself a favor and go to therapy, it's amazing, it truly helps a lot with known and unknown issues
