Momma Cherri's restaurant ended up closing even with his help, because she was horrible with the business side of things. But she has an amazing youtube cooking channel which has quite a few recipes, and they're very easy to follow.

The last clip was from somewhere in England. She moved there and was on the verge of closing. There wasnt much that he did to the place other than changing a little bit in the kitchen where he made her split the load with the other chef and before she was doing it all, and then some marketing. He went back I think a year later and the place was still booming. I think the marketing that they did was some kind of sliders and walked the beach and around the town doing a promotion with the rest of the staff. He didnt change the atmosphere in the restaurant or anything. It was a good episode. Some of the others when he was getting the cakes or the soup or even the burger is later in the episodes or after the main which was done by someone else so he hoped something there was at least good. The people with the burger were just threatened that someone else did better than what they did. I think I remember that episode as well. The same with the bread pudding, the owners had basically tied the hands of the chefs and Ramsay did a little "gotcha" moment where he had them cook a dish and he cooked a dish and gave it to the owners and he said he cooked them all, after the owners said they were good he told them what was up.

Carrot cake sounds mad nasty but I promise it’s one of the best desserts. If you like spice cake and cream cheese icing you’ll love it. It’s not as strong as spice cake but it does have a similar taste and the cream cheese icing makes it soooo good😭🤤 I recommend you at least try it at some point

I love your station so much and omg you are beautiful..now that being said lol red velvet as everyone knows is chocolate cake with coloring with a rich white frosting..I use to work a pastry shop when I was in high school..so if it's not chocolatey then it's not real red velvet cake..i learned the hard way because later in life i became highly allergic to it lol..once again keep up the good work..

New Orleans is top on my list for food. If you go there, you HAVE TO go to the French quarter. Forget about the city New Orleans...the French quarter is the essence/headquarters for a New Orleans experience. Best jambalaya I ever had was on Bourbon street.
