I believe you have to start from the inside out; a healthy (plant-based) diet is key. Next, find a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type. I use Image Max Stem Cell, then exfoliate at least a few days a wk. Dermalogica daily microfoliant is a top pick. Last, use a hydrating face mask a few times per wk. 1 of my favs is Image Vital C hydrating enzyme masque. Consistency is key. Thanx 4 asking😇.

One extra tip: NEVER ever touch your face with dirty hands. Bacteria build up during the day while we are touching all kinds of disgusting stuff (at work, public transportation,...). Try repeating when you wake up the feelings you want in your house and room and mind today - every time feel that positive feeling give yourself a point - Count them at end of day and know you have given your body, heart and mind good ingredients to heal and grow and recover that many times that day When you feel a sad feeling acknowledge it, forgive yourself, tell your body you're sorry for the sad juice but you promise to give it nutrients and juices from your smile very soon. I am sorry for your sadness . I know you can be well and happy again. Do take care of yourself with fresh air and kindness for others in very tiny doses - bless you, dear precious one - wishing you wellness and all the happiness to come 💖✨
