@qck57594 I am glad you liked this video! Yes, Jonas is amazing! He is on such another level regarding knowledge and abilities/talent but is able to motivate and encourage average talented guys like me! This is just great and I appreciate it a lot!

Thanks for your reply, Jonas had made some videos how to set up the Radiomaster with the M1 and M2. Rescue mode etc. amazing. I learned so much. My flying I learned in Germany many years ago, I was in a club in boblingen by Stuttgart with Ewald Heim. I am now establishing my flying again. Thanks again.

great video👍. I am on your side. very helpful for all beginners!!! please allow me to confirm and add to your good tips - altitude is your best friend, right, right, right!!! - Don't forget: basic training...over and over again, then the aerobatics will get better. - everyone has started somewhere, don't compare yourself to those who have been flying for years. So: don't be ashamed if you can "only" hover on the airfield, I'll clap my hands and be happy for you when you've landed your helicopter safely again. - YOU are the pilot...if you think it's nice and have fun, it's good!!!! - don't give up...practice, practice, practice!!!

- Thanks for your kind confirmation! As you wrote: The Pilot himself has to be happy with what he does, no matter on which level. I remember how it was to hover the first full battery without selflevel. I was so proud and happy. And that is what this hobby is mainly about: Having a good time when flying. Helicopters (the big ones and the small ones) are just magical and there is nothing to be compared to the thrill they give you and the rewarding feeling when you sudden;y can do something you were struggeling with for a long time!! Thank you Frank!! And best greetings fom a German in Poland!!

Matthias, I think this video came at a perfect time for me. My last time out, as it's been terrible weather here again, it had been a while since I was at the sticks. I made a really stupid mistake trying to rush a flying session in, I had a crash, and my flying day ended early. As I got back in the truck to leave, I remember feeling really down about what I had done. YOUR video put my head back in a MUCH better place. Thank YOU! I couldn't agree more with ALL of your tips!

@AnythingEverythingRC Hi, I am sorry to hear of your crash and you feeling down... as you know I have felt this by myself many times. Thank you for writing me that my video with 6 tips to avoid frustration and crashes came in the right moment for you!! It's great to know that it helped you! Stupid mistakes happened so many times to me... the most important is ALWAYS to pick up the pieces, stand up mentally and to gon on!! And to have learned something from this mishap! I wish you a fast and cheap repair and many, many happy flights in better spring weather!!

For me crashing is part of learning. It helps me when losing confidence after a crash to do the easy stuff that i really like for a while. Then try again. Crashed my s1 last weekend practicing inverted hover. So be it. €17 of parts, no big deal.
@RCCopterLove9 ай бұрын
@frisos3944 Yes, you are right, crashing is for sure part of the learning. And every single time from the crash itself and how it happened I learn something new. A method of how to avoid it next time, or to stay more focused. And because of this I am trying very new things with my smallest helis, the M1 EVO and M2 EVO. I am flying then as well for in the first flights stuff I know well. Funny: Today all inverted stuff was going the best with my M1 EVO although it should be the most difficult theoretically - and I was "inverting" in gusty winds... well, not all things are logical.., some are psychoLOGICAL 😀
@frisos39449 ай бұрын
True. Maybe because the m1 is less intimidating

@@frisos3944 And somehow you always know that in a creash there will be less damage because it's so light rigid... :D
