Your 1st recipe is the one I use constantly! I’ve doubled up the mixture and on one occasion tripled it too and the gulab jamans turned out delicious. My mum used soojie and milk powder with ghee, but I couldn’t remember the portions so messed up big time on ingredients….. going to try the rest of gulab jamman recipes as they are perfect portions for first time experimenting! 😊
