I’m so sorry man, but the real problem is I’m decently confident in saying you were psyoped into getting wisdom teeth extractions. Bone reabsorption takes place and collapses the face. Focus on keeping up with the current research in Kyoto, Japan about growing new teeth. This is what I am doing. I had a similar situation with before and after over the next couple years. No matter what you try it just never looks the same. The cheekbones and side profile. I’m confident we can keep drawing enough attention to this research so that it isn’t lobbied against and get this all accomplished. The scientific discoveries we’ve made show us that regrowing new teeth is possible and we’ve developed a drug which is currently being tested which does this. You don’t have to acknowledge this comment, but do take the time to consider and research it for yourself.

@@verifiedfivesmedia I would say in 99% of cases, it’s better to nurture the mouth to fit the teeth than to extract the teeth. The face continues to develop well into your 20s and honestly the rest of your life. The only reason we say it stops in your early 20s is because that is when wisdom teeth grow in. The amount of teeth present within the jaw and maxilla dictate how much bone is layed there. The tooth acts as a placeholder in the bone which signals to develop and maintain space for it. Since our bone cells are constantly dying and being replaced, the body is constantly monitoring where stimulus is being applied such that it produces new bone accordingly. Removing teeth all of a sudden leaves a huge gap which then the body immediately begins signaling that nothing is there and so the bone remodels accordingly. The amount of bone reabsorption can vary from person to person, but you’re playing Russian roulette with your facial aesthetics when you begin just removing teeth. The better thing would be chewing and mewing as well as thumbpulling or even a pallet expander if you need it to fit the teeth. I’m quite confident in saying pretty much 99 out of 100 people could accomplish this. And for those of us who already got the extractions in years before, it’s ok. It sucks for the time being to see what could have been and how it was taken away, but the best thing we can do is banding together to make sure enough attention is put towards this teeth regrowth drug therapy being developed. We have to either find other ways or other methods, or make sure this research passes. Having 32 teeth is important for maximum facial aesthetics and is a very underrated thing we need to talk about more.

Well what if you are genetically prone to storing fat in your face/neck? A calorie deficit will simply be unhealthy, you will lose a lot of muscle in the process. A calorie deficit isn't always the best solution + some things he talks about in the video can reduce face/puffiness will work towards that.

You forgot to mention drinking more water, at least 3.7L a day. Eating less salty stuff with lots of seasoning is a huge one (cook ur own meals, know what ur putting in your body) and cutting out carbs the most you can.

Inflammation IS THE cause. It doesn't matter how clean you eat but if you are causing inflammation in your body. Your face gets affected. For example: I used to eat just 1 big meal thinking that it will save me more time and extend my fasting period, thus reducing overall body fat (which is true) BUT eating so much, all at ONCE caused inflammation. It made my cheeks look puffier and stomach bloated. I was so confused. I was logically doing the 'right' thing but got no results regardless.

Any chocolate or sweets is a big no-no. A lot of fruit is also a big no-no as fruit also contains sugar, but it's not as bad as chocolate or sweets. Replace your chocolate, crisps, and sweets with fruit, but don't eat a lot of fruit. Try to tone down on all the food you are eating. Also make sure to eat healthy. Processed food and ready-to-eat meals also have a lot of sugar and salt in them, so don't get those.
