im 20 years old, and have been self conscious of the lower half of my face for 7 years now. my face shape is due to genetics because my dad has a weak jaw and so did his mom. so in that case there’s not much i can do. but i’ve also realized i do breathe through my mouth in my sleep. i really want to stop doing that. and i did have braces growing up but it didn’t fix my overbite so that doesn’t help much either. i’m just incredibly self conscious of my face. i feel like i’m a beautiful girl and have many beautiful features going for me, it’s just that area of my face that makes my self esteem plummet. thank you for this video jade, and thank you for being respectful about it & giving tips without putting anyone down. the ending was very sweet and made me smile. i just found ur channel recently and have been binge watching ur weight loss content (for reference i am 5ft 7 inches or about 170 cm and weight about 165lbs-at least i was the last time i was weighed in june, so that’s about 75kg. i love my body and i think i look great but i also think i could stand to lost at least 30lbs and ik it will make a difference in my face like you’ve mentioned in the video. i’ve implemented many of ur tips into my daily life and i’ve already noticed differences and its only been 3 weeks or so. not so much a huge difference physically, but mentally it feels amazing to know i’m fueling my body correctly and i feel satisfied knowing i’m taking care of my body because yes, i would like to lose weight but also i want my body to properly function for years to come. i find myself saying your quotes to myself on nearly a daily basis and it’s so helpful. like “eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full” which seems like such a simple concept but it’s so overlooked. and also “failing to plan is planning to fail” i love that one. you are really helping me get kickstarted on this journey and i just want to say how appreciative i am

It's because your last fat is deposited in the face..be in calorie deficit for lose fat..since your body is skinny...Your lean body mass is low.. so while losing fat simultaneously increase muscle mass by daily intake of 1g/lbs protein and by doing compound workout and strength training

Damn, I need to rewatch that all again 😂🙏🏻 I am just starting to build up my journey as a model - seems like there is a lot to do 😂😂 But you know, I love to get to know all the details and secrets that make it possible, so thanks a lot for that 🧡💫👏🏻 I would also add - no eating or drinking after 7/8pm to give your stomach a chance to rest. I definitely have a clearer face the next day. - facial quick exercices and good massages because we carry a lot of tension (and water) throughout the day - and actually checking your facial expressions and working with them in front of the mirror. I got this tip from Carla Bruno, Tyra Banks and other supermodels, they are really aware of themselves. And it can help prevent getting wrinkles too soon. Love your work, I am really learning a lot! 🤗❤

I've always been skinny, yet I have such a round/"puffy" face... I mean, when I passed my early 20s I definitely felt like the baby fat came off and I looked much better. But lately, at 29, I feel like my face looks so round and puffy when I'm in Teams meetings and it lowers my self esteem. In the mirror I look good though. I used to be underweight but have gained around 5 kg so I'm at a normal weight now, but I still am skinny. I don't know what to do???

Hey Jade, I have a question, I genetically have a wide rib cage, Is it humanly possible to achieve the same hourglass body as someone who has it by genetics? Also do waist trainers help during workouts to sculpt your body?
@nicotinedealer76532 жыл бұрын

@bbjudyfit2 жыл бұрын
i would look into kibbe types .. i have a wide rib cage as well. But i have a slight hour glass. It isn't as pronounced as someone who has it naturally. Kim Kardashian has the same body type as me. Soft Natural. She has a wide rib cage & broad shoulders... except she has had plastic surgery... but still has a wide frame. But you can do exercises to make your thighs, butt, and shoulders bigger and diet to make your waist smaller. And it will give a better illusion of an hour glass figure. It won't be the same as someone who has it genetically because we all have different bone structures. Kibbe helped me appreciate this. Hope that makes sense. I'm sleepy 😴

Okay, so as someone who has HUGE f*cking hip dips, let me tell you this. I started training my hips (glute medius) about 3 months ago, and I am seeing some slight changes already. My hips look wider, and my waist slimmer. I know I will never achieve that genetically hourglass body some ppl have, but I can surely improve the shape of my body through exercise and diet. So, to answer your first question, yes and no.

Invite God and Jesus into your day. When your getting ready ask him to be with you when your watching something ask him to be with you he wants to spend time with you in anything you do and through out the day talk to him about anything and everything and instead of venting to people vent to him for he’s the only one who can make it better and won’t use it against you for he doesn’t judge you and loves you no matter what you do

this worked on my straight hair so its just my advice 1. if you dont need to wash it then dont 2 shampoo only your scalp and use conditioner only on ends 3 dont do tight hairstyles, try something loose 4 no elastic bands, scrunchies or silk ones 5 try to use a silk bonnet 6 put hair oil which works best for you on a cotton pad and run it over you scalp and leave it for a few hours 7 massage your scalp gently with the tips of your finger not with nails 8 if you dont need to wash it, hair oil is exeptionally good for hair growth 9 try to drink 3-4 L of water per day, its good for your whole body 10 trim the ends once every 6 months love youuuu good luck🧡

@ItsMelanieM that is a bad idea you'll get really tired and get no results .eat in a calorie deficit meaning that eat until youre almost satiated (to me thats that cz i dont know how to count calories), 3 meals per day and start off with a good nice protein filled breakfast that way you might not even need to eat 3 times a day but 2 times (sometimes i skip dinenr cz i wouldnt be hungry) also a tip i learned is that its better to not eat after 8 pm since your digestive system should relax i think? overall dont starve yourself because it can only cause more harm, take care of yourself.❤
