Very useful & practical tips especially allowing the emotions to flow out of the body.. One can't move on or be at peace if negative emotions are still trapped somewhere in the body causing emotional & physical pains. Also, nice animations 👍 Tree of light on the canvas in the end is looking cool :'D

Thanks! Yes it's absolutely crucial in the process of moving on from the past as well. And yes! You noticed the "Tree of Light", I've never made that painting public so very few people would recognize it. I thought to throw-in a little easter egg ;)

I feel like there are points I do manage to get it out and feel like I move on but then not long after they’re back and keep torturing me until I scream and hurt myself. I constantly have the same intrusive thoughts and memories with anxiety that accompanies it but no matter what I do nothing works and there are no doctors who take my insurance so there’s nothing I can really do about it. I feel like I’m just gonna feel bad forever, it makes me want to die

I feel your pain because I have been there too. I have had such intrusive thoughts coupled with severe anxiety, and often times anger for what people did to me in the past. And I still experience it every now and then, but over a period of time you become better at managing those thoughts and emotions, and learn to get rid of them faster before they ruin your entire day or week. At one point I just suddenly came to a realization that I can't let these thoughts ruin and eat away my life as I couldnt do anything when I was going through those phases. It was kind of a rebellion against my own patterns. Now whenever those patterns get triggered, I usually recognize and stop them at the beginning before they take over, and I do this by switching my state. First acknowledging those thoughts and emotions and telling my self that it's okay. I'm not in a threatening, toxic or difficult situation right now. It's in the past. Right now I'm sitting in my room comfortably and its all good, just breathe and relax. Then I would get involved in something creative or productive. Work, exercise, making a meal, listening a podcast, watching an entertaining video, draw, read, write, taking care of my plants, interacting with those I love and care about, you name it. One more thing to remember is that, to be able to move on from the past, you've got to create new experiences, no matter how small. Just try out new things, get into new hobbies, read new books that will give you new things to think about, meet new people, whatever it is for you. When your life gets flooded with new experiences you won't even get a chance to ruminate about the past and those intrusive thoughts will just gradually get less and less with each passing day. One day you'll suddenly realize, you are a new, fresh person with a new life, enough its the same body living in the same place, but your experiences, thoughts, and focus would have shifted because you introduced new things in your life. Hang in there! Things WILL get better. YOU will get better at managing a lot of things. Try out this advice and remember you are NOT alone. Whenever you feel the need to talk to someone, feel free to comment or drop an email. I've been thinking to start a patreon or some sort of group or something where its easier to get in touch. Will mention it here and on other socials whenever I do. Meanwhile my comments are always open for you. Please take care of yourself. Sending positive thoughts and prayers your way ✨

I hadn't realized how much it became such a habit that I've allowed this energy to saturate me from within. I feel like that the build up is causing loud projections of my thoughts trying to find it's way out somehow. Maybe I'm full of that built up energy over the years that it's causing my thoughts to be more louder

Oh absolutely! I've been using nature sounds in the affirmations videos (there's an affirmations video for Anxiety on the channel btw, do check it out), and I was thinking to include it in other videos as well, but wasn't sure if it would suit other topics. @OnlineLifeGuide Only saw this message now. My mental focus is a complete mess. I believe I'm carrying a rejection wound. A lot of things makes sense now, looking back, because NOTHING I try ever works out. Anger and frustration is also getting me down . . It's extremely heavy energies. Not sure how to start initiating healing on a rejection wound? 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️

We really don't need to worry too much about the healing as the mind and body are designed to heal and restore themselves, the only thing we need to do is to get out the way and stop self-sabotaging the process of healing and evolving. That's why we feel stuck in the same place because we are not letting ourselves move forward and grow out of the pain, hurt, rejection, disappointment, resentment or whatever is keeping us stuck in the past. Letting go of the trapped emotions and negative energies within is the first and most important step, everything else follows it automatically. Lately I've been practicing conscious gratitude every day, throughout the day, focusing on all the good things happening around me, the good in people, and the blessings within myself. This has helped me drastically in terms of mental health, letting go of resentment and blame, and beginning to cherish whatever good is happening in life instead of wallowing in what's not. Do this along with the other techniques. I'm sure it'll change things for you as well :)
