MASSIVE RESPECT for your former career as a Court Clerk - I know having been a Legal Secty that those Court Clerks have to work their tails off with unrelenting stress, repetitive but crucial steps to be done with nary a break, clients having their worst days, being a prisoner at your station, etc. Congratulations on reaching 161/162 - that is a clear WinWin despite how you had to get there. You look the best you have in a long time, despite everything, AND obviously you have grown in inner strength! It shows! So much more confidence, but a peaceful confidence. Kudos on concisely presenting your varied History without lags/rabbit holes! That is a special skill all its own.

Hi Linda, thank you!! I thought having wls was a big transition in my life, but losing my job and being medically retired at my age has actually been even harder. I’m working on coming to grips with it all though. 🌷🥴

Hi Karen !🙋🏼‍♀️ I use the chocolate collagen powder from Sports Research to make my collagen cocoa! It’s mix a scoop with either hot water or coffee, then a pour of sugarfree flavored syrup from a brand like Torani or Skinny Syrups. I also add a little bit of half & half. It’s low carb & delicious!! 🤗🤗
