Thank you for your videos. You give great advice . I learned the hard way also..5 years married..I am in Canada..my husband is in Jamaica after some hostile court proceedings. So people get a lawyer no matter how solid your relationship is and how smart you are.

Hope things will turn around and you will get your PR. I think one of the biggest mistakes people have made moving to canada with hope of getting a parmament status is moving to Antonio in the big city, there are so many rural places in Canada that are hoping for people to come in and giving them pr to keep them.

Go do a PSW course, it will help you get a permanent residency

I did everything by myself up to the point of applying for PR, I felt that it was too critical at that point to take a chance, and so I got a lawyer. IRCC doesn’t give chances, my case was not straightforward and there were points I’m sure they were trying to not have my PR go through.

I'm so sorry you're having such difficult time. I did my PR when i wasn't even living in Canada, got through in less than a year and submitted my husband's application all by myself. Like you've said research and reading will save the day. Honestly, there's no information you need that you wouldn't be able to find on the official Government website. You have no idea what your transparency is doing for some of us in Ontario with you. So if I got you right, you mean OINP requires that you are paid a median wage for your full-time job before they would consider you? Is it the minimum wage or median wage? Please help clarify 🙏🏾
