Меня конечно удивляет как салат после всех бросаний, швыряний, паданий с одного конвейера на другой, после 3-х промываний в ванне, после 3-х промываний душем, после центрифуги, которая из него почти всю влагу лишнюю вытягивает, после падания в пакет и вакуумирования - может оставаться свежим, хрустящим и не портиться, не желтеть, не чернеть и не становиться вялым и жухлым. Я понимаю, что вакумировка играет большую роль, но дома такой салат неправильно нечаянно уронишь на стол боком и через 15 минут на нём отметина как-будто кувалдой били.

Es increíble todo el proceso que hacen solo para cortar y lavar la lechuga, cuando nosotros mismos podemos hacer esto en casa. Además el empaque de plástico que usan, 🤔 no se justifica tanto gasto en energía eléctrica, empaques y demás procesos. Es mejor lo NATURAL!!!
