Try 6 weeks, remember u must give muscles rest, daily exercise is good and recommended, but weight lifting can be done every other day

Hey man...ran across your videos and love your content, I travel heavily for work so went out and bought a few different dumb bell weights to get started. Loving the video. No promotional stuff just down and dirty work outs . 2 weeks roughly in ... I knew nothing about any of this except the basic workouts the military had me do years ago. Going to try to stay vigilant one these routines .. any pointers would help sir.

Your videos are great. Do you have a training program for just using cables? I just purchased the Force USA G20 Pro, All in One Trainer. I only have the weight stacks for now since dumbbells are going to run me almost 5k
