I find both of them hard because of my bad genetics, I can't loss weight cause I can't grow muscles

Definitely cutting. Just eat less and cardio if you want. With bulking you have to purposely go out of your way to make sure you have all your food and make time to eat

Honestly Shulk, you just showed us how to get a great pump and threw out some good pointers, I legit hoped you would go into what exactly your diet was along with how much cardio you did, etc. I don’t see the “How I did it” part. Really not hating, you’ve got an awesome Body and i can only aspire to have such aesthetics.

Easier to gain weight if it's fat, harder to gain if it's muscle. Easier to cut fat, harder to lose muscle mass.

It's easy to gain fat if you're an endomorph Mesmomorphs usually gain lean muscle, such as tristyn lee. Tristyn was able to gain a huge amount of muscle from lean bulking

Far more difficulty to gain weight than lose. If you're tall and a hard gainer, add another 20 points to that. Anyway, when you're doing flys does your elbows hurt? I have a small torso but my arms are so long it makes doing any chest exercise extremely challenging. First my shoulders go, then my elbow joint. Unfortunately, my gym doesn't have the fly machine where the arm are at 90 degrees so the wrists and elbows are taken out of the equation. My arm burn out long before my chest. In fact, I never really feel my chest, except for dips. But that only target the lower chest, and there's only so much of those you can do without an imbalance.
