I had a boss who was a classic narcissist like Robert. I can tell he has chosen a job with some sort of authority bc if they aren’t above everyone else they cannot cope. My boss just like Robert once fired me with a smile on his face after saying he wanted a chat & I was in no trouble at all. I was 16 and a pot wash. I had a panic attack and he just smiled and asked why I was still in the building. I ended up getting my job back for unfair dismissal. These types of people are scary as they feel so morally superior to others they can do what they want. Hate this guy so much.
