I'm so happy you wore helmets at the last day. I was gasping when I saw you weren't wearing them in the beginning because I know myself how helmet can save from so much more trouble, having myself experienced some of the dumbest falls on snowboard and bicycle. Loved watching you feel the sense of freedom and fun. Fantastic footage of you whizzing down the slopes, made me feel like i was with you guys. Some valuable lessons through your story telling. We are living similar lives. I gave up my career, moved to NZ from UK. We bought land 3 years ago, lived in a caravan and are now living in our container home/going through a building consent process. Aww I am so pleased you went away to have some intentional fun and super nature time too. Great food and the place you stayed looks just the kind of place I'd love to go ❤️ It made my day watching you both relax and just be happy playing on the slopes. This is what I needed to see to lift my spirits today.. I've been digging a ditch by hand and it's solid clay. Need to put drainage in and break the clay up, then add decent soil, gravel and improver to put it all back in and then add plants. You guys have just made me smile so much whilst I'm in pain and exhausted ❤️ thank you. Sad to see you hurt your shoulder, I hope it gets better very soon, and it looks like you made the most of the time in the spa relaxing 😎 Blessings to you both and your purr baby looked so pleased for cuddles at the end. Life is too short. It's not just a feeling. Heck, I'm sixty and I feel the clock ticking - louder and louder. Lol Anyway, high achievers and competitive people struggle to live in the present b/c they're goal oriented. So, I'm happy to see that you _do_ force yourself to enjoy what you've earned - a beautiful, wonderful life. Wow. I've never seen skiers with helmets on. Makes sense though. I guess we've been careless all these years. So many deaths, head bones crushed by a fast, powerful fall. Sonny Bono d. in 98 after he lost control on his skis and crushed his brain.
