Kay, I switched to in-home workouts a few years ago, and out of the few instructors I follow, your workouts are my favorite. I do have a request, though--can you give us more warning when you plan to switch sides halfway through? I frequently miss the switch. Thank you!

Wonderful sweat session!❤ I used 20lbs for everything except for the windmills i used 12lbs. I used 5 lbs for all your unweighted exercises.

Hi Kaykay. For being honest doesn't like the one hour workout since I almost can't have one hour for myself to train, with full time job and kids .... But today my daughter after school activity was cancelled.... so first thing I thought about was WWWOOOOOOOWWW I gonna have time to do the ONE HOUR session 😂😂😂 One hour only for myself ....This is my definition of LUXURY my dear Kaykay .... 😅Erst dachte ich "10kg lockere Sache", da ich bei einigen Übungen im krafttraining locker mehr schaffe, aber bei diesen COMBOS ❤waren 10kg völlig ausreichend ☺️🙏vielen Dank für deine tolle Arbeit. Machst du nebenher denn noch schweres krafttraining mit mehr Gewicht oder so wie in den Videos eher niedriger aber funktional?

Omg das war Holy Shit Heavy aber 😅😅😅😅 60/20 aber megaaaaaa kaykay da hast du ja mal wieder richtig einen rausgehauen 😂❤❤❤❤ wow wow wow 🤩 einfach der Wahnsinn… 2 runde vom 2 block war die Musik und Ton einmal weg der piepton und beim Finisher hätte ich mir etwas mehr wumms gewünscht das Lied war sehr langsam dafür das man schon k.o. Ist aber ansonsten einfach megaaaaaa 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
