The only constructive feedback on this release, it would be the split rest like I would had opted for 60secs on 15 secs rest then 40 on 10 rest and finally for the HIIT finisher 30 secs on 5 secs rest...that's personal at the end instead mountains climbers I done burgers squats jumps only to increase more my heart rate. Brilliant short and efficient full body workout! Love your warm ups and stretch sessions too! Thank you KayKay

This one might fool folks because it’s shorter and lighter weights, but the intensity was dialed up as always! I really love your 30-40 minute workouts, they’re the perfect amount of time for me as I also add in a few other stretching and mobility pieces or runs each day. This pyramid style, and having a mix of everything was a great challenge 💪 My whole body is indeed crushed! ❤️🔥

Great work-out! I appreciate you innovation. Your work-outs are never boring. There is one thing, I would like to ask - is there a possibility of changing the cool down music? We just finished an amazing workout and then in the cool down a depressing song. Maybe just instrumentation? Thanks for a job well done and your consideration to my comment and question.
