Holy Sweat Feast!! I just crushed this workout this morning and it was an absolute killer- I have been running in college and currently have graduated, so I am no longer competing in college running, but have been taking up a lot of HIIT workouts and have noticed they have kept up my endurance levels, while keeping me super strong! Another creative workout with lots of new moves. I like how you spice up traditional moves (eg: mountain climber) and put a fun twist and combo move. Because doing plain climbers for 45 seconds can be boring. 😂 I also love how dynamic it is and how we move from one place to another. It also helps to increase our step count for the day. I love this 60 minute one the best. I think it’s the hardest of all the ones I’ve done with Kaykay. If there is a level harder - let me know. I appreciate the power involved. Usually I have to choose men’s workouts because there is not enough power max in women’s workouts.

We (my husband and I) crushed it! Not as perfectly as you did, but we did it to the end! With only a few more breaks and only 3 to 4 exercises, we can't perform. And kaykay... We love you, we f***in hate u, but in the end, we really really ❤️ u!

I'm not gonna lie I had been very intimidated by this workout but today I finally pushed myself to do it. An hour later I'm sitting drowning in sweat. Btw that sunset at the cool down made it even more heavenly!
