Staying in the moment really made this a spiritual practice. The pace was energetic but doable. Every minute was filled with movement. Challenging poses I'd never done before. Knee bends, squats, bridges..this class had it all. Really needed the ab and core work. The back bend foc us was exhilarating. Great concentration on breath and placement. She gave the class the full-time. got right to business.

This was amazing! I did it thinking it would be less sweaty as I had a spray tan in the morning but no...it was definitely sweaty. I'm slowly making my way through all your workouts and loving each one. Thank you Kaylie xx

Great video, ended up in the hospital from tearing the right side of my abdominal wall and I do a lot of yoga haha. So guys in particular, be careful! Didn’t hurt at all until I woke up the next morning. 100% will do again with half the wild thing poses taken out😂

The moment I heard someone in the background yell for help 😂. I’m with you, man. Me too!! 🤣🤣 That one definitely had me laughing at myself as I teetered all over my mat! This was a great test of my balance!

Okay, this was just amazing :D I absolutely adore more "funky" flows and this was challenging in spite of me practicing for a few years already! Most importantly, you have reminded me how important the breath is in any yoga practice - I feel like when I have too much on my mind I tend to focus on the movement but the spiritual side is equally (if not more) important!
