So stoked to get the new video notification today! Happy to hear you’ve been enjoying your summer. I am really excited for the month of September...two practices a week 🤩 I found this one especially beautiful and introspective with the slower pace and being guided to hang out in *almost* splits is a very vulnerable and uncomfortable place, which means there’s plenty of room for growth. I also love how you let your creativity challenge yourself, that pistol squat transition though! Thanks again for the awesome flows, looking forward to more :)

Random question: How do you view in-person students who want to modify the flow? I thought about it today, as being someone who has splits in their practice for a long long time, I decided to stay shorter in the split itself and do some inversions (you know, to make the practice more complete). Do you allow for such changes during the classes? I am wondering as some teachers find it even insulting and I am just curious about your point of view. . Once again, sending you all the love!
