Still one of my favourites. Probably one of the most well-rounded long-format videos of yours Nicole and I absolutely adore it. Also, it is incredible how our bodies' abilities change over time and coming back to a practice I did over 1 year ago feels so different! . Sending you lots and lots of love! Have a wonderful month ahead!

OMG I LOVED the reclined compass pose at the end -- it stretched areas of my legs that are usually so hard to get to! One request for Nicole: I would love to see more wheel pose opportunities throughout practice, but especially at the end of practice! I love to end class with a backbend. I've also taken yoga classes in which the instructor asks us to take multiple backbends in a row (think: 5-10 in a row), and it feels so strength-building and satisfying :) It would be cool to see that in practices -- but no pressure!

A truly fantastic practice! I am always impressed with...myself, when doing your flows :D Surely, there are still parts which I have to modify but each time I flow "with you" I am learning so much about my own abilities! Today, it was the headstand-pincha transition. Never though I'd be able to do it and at first I wanted to skip it...but you know, these flows are about pushing yourself to grow and apparently sometimes it is enough to try! . Thank you Nicole for making me look at my own practice in a different way! You've undoubtedly influenced how I (not) plan my own flows and I love it! Plus, you're such a genuine and beautiful soul it's a pleasure to spend some time on the mat "in your company"! Sending you all the love and a wishing you great December ahead! Stay safe and sound!

Thank you for yet another fun and creative flow Nicole - just as you promised me in your last video! So grateful for your videos. Wow, this was awesome ! ! The fire hydrant warrior3 was definitely challenging (and even more with straight 'peeing' leg !). As headstand, pincha ,handstand are NOT in my practice (and I feel great without them😉), I did gomu to shoulder stand to "roll" to jump through to chaturanga while you were doing gomu to pincha😀 Thank you Nicole for this flow, a this is a great way to start the day ! ! Thank you Rachel! To be honest, I go into teaching a sequence with an idea of what I'd like to teach - like a pose or two, or maybe a fun new transition - but I don't usually plan the entire sequence out ahead of time because I find that I never stick to it anyways. However, it's taken me a long time to get to that point in my teaching! I've taught over 2,000 classes over the past 5 years. And of course it's always still a work-in-progress. Most of why teaching comes from just playing around and exploring what fun transitions come up for me while I'm simply moving on my mat alone. Thank you for practicing with me, and let me know if I answered your question!

Thanks for another great flow! The headstand into pincha mayurasana transition is a fun one to try. The microphone placement seems to be closer to the side of your body this time, and it seemed to work better in the last video when it was placed closer to the center of your body (maybe further from your arms?) Anyways, totally understand you are working with a new mic and trying to figure it out for us. Thank you!

Very challenging esp. the balancing transitions. But as a (Novice) Yoga teacher myself I find some of the poses (for example the spinal twists in the end) a bit rushed...Maybe a few Asanas less and having a moment more to arrive and breathe in the remaining ones (like in Pigeon) would be very nice. Thanks for a very different flow. Will do it again and see if my perception changes. Hari Om
