I’m getting back to a more regular workout schedule after multiple family medical issues. I can tell I need to rebuild some of my strength and endurance so this was a good way to get started 🤩. This was a brutal 60 min muscle hustle cardio strength hiit workout. 😅 Amazing excercises but very tough and sweaty too.💦 I tried to hold on to 15lbs but to keep the right form I dropped to 12lbs and 10lbs. The tempo went up with the cardio and strength rounds. I’m glad I joined this blast one.🤯 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️
