This is a 60 minute class. Part of the Body Focus Series for shoulders
A class to open, strengthen and restore range of motion in the shoulders. Class includes a combination of vinyasa flow moving intentionally with your breath - opening, strengthening and lengthening the larger musculature of the shoulder girdle and also some mobility & conditioning for the shoulders targeting the smaller twitch muscles that support and stabilise your shoulder joints.
Offering a deep release and promoting functional strength to support healthy movement.
For practice, you'll need a blanket and a block
