Just finished this book last night and I loved it! It's such a great addition to the canon and it really expands upon Han and Leia's characters and relationship. Also when Thane showed up I could not contain my excitement! I love Lost Stars so much.

Leia wondering about the poor saps who wore the helmets that became ewok drums just makes the perception of ewoks being tiny, cute forest terrors even more horrifying. Juxtapose that image with stuff like Caravan of Courage and ye Olde Ewoks cartoon.

Just finished the book. I cant believe how often Star Wars Uprising gets mentioned in the new canon considering its been shut for years and years. This book, Battlefront 2, Aftermath and others all mention Adelhard and other storyline consequences. Incredible. The only thing that wasn't mentioned in the book was the Forces of Destiny shorts that took place on Endor with Leia, Han and Luke., Probably for the best, but it would have been great to get a Hera nod and how the pair scared off a Gorax!

The Ashgad Prize must be a reference to Seti Ashgad, the villain in Planet of Twilight by Barbara Hambly.

As far as I know, they were only imposters in Legends.

In regards to Han, Leia, and Chewie only needing breathing masks in that asteroid scene in ESB it's explained that the creature they're in (an exogorth) can create its own ecosystem within its body to accommodate different species. The one they were was written about in a chapter of the second "A Certain Point of View". Its name was Sy-O, and it was still in the process of changing its ecosystem for them which was why they couldn't breathe inside of it just yet. Sy-O was also Force-sensitive and could sense Leia was too. It actually thought it could serve their new home where they could live out their lives.

Is the book worth the price? Because Star Wars-novels are not always as good as the others.
