I got the Tandorio, white dial, no logo, PT5000. I just took the strap off and put an after market beads of rice bracelet on for £18. Its an occasional wear and does the job as a casual dress watch, gets a few comments. Its great.

Thanks for the video. The tandorio has the look. The IX had the look and feel. That bracelet to me makes the difference. I'd prefer better finish, better hands, better bracelet better looks of the IX. Cheers!!

I have several Tandorios, and none have leaked, pool or beach. Everyone keeps referring to this Gary gentleman, and I have not observed any of my Tandorios leaking. You have to be careful, and observe if the other channel has an agenda against the brand. I have the 40mm black dial 007, I also have the 40mm orange and blue bezel with the white dial day date 007 version, and the field watches, and none leak. They are superb watches for the price

I dont think its about an agenda, you may have a good one but it shows because they are so cheap, they go through alot of testing or have strict assembly controls.

Tandorio watches are great watches, I have one myself and it works like a charm. It has excellent water resistance, never leaked. There may be a hidden agenda in this channel.

After watching Gary’s videos, I would never buy a Tandorio because I would never purchase a watch I couldn’t trust. I’d definitely pay the extra amount for the IX&DAO. Plus that tiny handset kills it for me on the Tandorio. Great comparison Zee!

I bought the 36mm Tandorio field watch recently I was impressed with the finishing etc I wouldn’t wear it in the water so if this has the same finishing I will go for it it can be my Lorier look alike for now that I can wear to work as well

Excellent comparison as always. The IX&DAO isn’t 3 1/2 times “better” than the Tandorio just like a Tudor isn’t 10 times “better” than a well finished San Martin. But it’s what you’re willing and able to pay I suppose. Someone else mentioned it but the Tandorio also passed another reviewer’s water pressure test down to 30m. 👍🏼

Brought the White / Blue V3 IXADO in the last sale with a SW200 for just under £200 . It’s hard to fault the IX for £198 with a Swiss movement , good finish ( just below SM) great lume and a mesh bracelet which would cost £50 plus . Credit IXADO they offer the SW200 for abut £55 more which seems very respectable. The SW200 is a nice wind less stiff and mine threads nicely. Only negative bezels a little stiff.

I also was drawn to the design because of dimensions, bezel, but mainly the bracelet. Still considering the newer red dial version to separate it more from the original (11/11 maybe?). Regards

Interesting comparison thanks 👍. I'm not a fan of the Serica style bracelet, so would choose the nh35 Tandorio. I have a bronze Tandorio pilot watch, not the same quality as San Martin, but a good serviceable watch that did pass my 50m pressure test.

Has anyone tried to contact Tandorio about their dodgy water resistance? Other KZbinrs have contacted San Martin and Pagani about shortcomings and they seem to have responded with upgrades. Got the time to tell Tandorio how it is, Zee?

Better finishing, better hands, better lume, better AR on the crystal, lots of value in the bracelet, I'd say it just about covers the difference and the bracelet is a deal breaker for me.

Thanks for the comparison. But when I first saw this thing the first thing I saw was smaller handset. With the person with limited vision that's an automatic no. And then no bracelet is another automatic no. And the NH35 with a ghost position is just plain lazy.

Tandorio should just put 30m or 100ft on their watches instead of 200m / 660ft. I think 90% of their customers would not use them to go diving anyway. That way, youtubers :-) can't complain and they wouldn't be lying. I think most of their customers buys them for the looks and cheap prices anyways..
