How long does it take to clean up afterwards, you must make a right mess pressure washing ?
@aemackintosh Жыл бұрын
Yeah, there’s quite a bit of cleaning up after. Probably a good couple of hours through the day spent on the clean up.👍🏼

we only got into roof cleaning a few years ago and have only ever scraped and treated, but just recently bought a wee surface cleaner with telescopic pole, so going to be using it for the first time nxt week, what pressure you recommend using to start. any tips.
@aemackintosh Жыл бұрын
2000psi or less. Practice on the ground first. The pressure should balance the weight of the tool.😉👍🏼
@benmyers534 Жыл бұрын
Do you have an m22 end on the mosmatic or a quick release?
@aemackintosh Жыл бұрын
Quick release.👍🏼

Ash,, how do you keep that pole under control? Even with the pressure turned right down I've really struggled to use it? I have a carbon fibre pole as well.
@aemackintosh Жыл бұрын
It does take some practice, it’s not as easy as it looks. But there are different grades of carbon pole. You want the most rigid pole possible. Hi-modular are more rigid and will give you more control.
@strongteee Жыл бұрын
@@aemackintosh excellent thanks Ash. Keep up the great work 💪

the effect is not very good, still looks dirty. Could it be any better if you worker more time there? just curious
@aemackintosh Жыл бұрын
? 🤷🏻♂️ We use reduced pressure so it is more gentle on the tiles. Every spec of dirt is not removed but the roof is treated with a biocide to kill anything remaining and prevent it returning. This is a much better way to look after it long term.
@falcon-1986 Жыл бұрын
@@aemackintosh you didnt answer my question. If you spent more time there, effect could be any better, or thats everything you could do? im not hating.
@killroy1983 Жыл бұрын
@@falcon-1986 He should have make the after drone-shots 2 weeks later. Result will be better when the biocide did it's job.
