Honestly, i find that so cheap.. having people server hop for someone with a bunch of loot, then just calling the best-known players to the game to come and take it.

Don't feel too bad asking other players to hand over their spicy servers. Some of us are just here to chill and have fun. After years of playing I don't care about getting the loot. I'd be happy to hand over a server like this and watch the content you make of it later. Besides, if they wanted the server for themselves they wouldn't even tell you about it!

Higher amount of treasure = higher ping makes sense, because the server has many more "entity locations" to coordinate and sync between players. I would guess the server would only send locations of items within seeing range of the player.

There’s a function called Streamer Mode that changes everyone’s gamer tags to be one of like 20 preset names so people can’t be doxxed or whatever by viewers.

one player is looking for steals. they find a potential one. instead of doing it themselves, they “gift” the opportunity to someone else. they arent hunting for any particular player, or anyone doing story stuff. it’s a high risk high reward scenario, the sailors caution should be the same no matter what. so, what exactly is the issue?
